Casa Republica has 22 rooms divided between the original mansion and a modern annex in the garden. Each of the rooms was designed to reflect the bohemian vibe of the Barranco district and stay true to the property’s roots as a weekend retreat.
Every room includes a King or Queen size bed. The marble bathrooms boast a separate shower and tub. Overlooking the mansion and garden, the Jardin Suite has 2 King beds and is large enough to accommodate a small family. On the other end, solo travelers have an option to book the Republica standard room with double bed.
Our favorite features at this hotel cover the most important parts of the day. Namely, breakfast and leisure time. Mornings begin with a daily breakfast featuring made to order eggs, cheese, charcuterie, juice, yogurt/muesli, fruit, bread from neighborhood bakery La Panetteria. And when you’re ready to rest, go to the huge rooftop terrace for 360 views of Barranco, nearby Miraflores and the sea.
